Refund Policy
Effective Date: 2 August 2026
Last Updated: 2 August 2026
1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to purchases of GoldGuardian EA and related digital products made through anakapaifx.com.
GoldGuardian EA is delivered as a digital product containing compiled software, settings files, documentation and an online license for up to three MT5 trading accounts.
Because digital files and license access may be supplied immediately after payment, refund requests are assessed according to the circumstances described in this Policy.
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
2. Review Before Purchasing
Before completing an order, customers should review:
- The GoldGuardian EA product description
- Platform, symbol and account requirements
- The three-account activation limit
- The Installation Guide
- The Risk Disclaimer
- The Terms and Conditions
- The stated features and included files
Customers should contact Support before purchasing if they are uncertain about product compatibility or licensing requirements.
3. Refund Request Period
A standard refund request should normally be submitted within seven calendar days from the date the order is marked paid or completed.
A request submitted after this period may still be reviewed where:
- The issue was reported within the initial period
- A technical investigation was still in progress
- The defect could not reasonably have been identified earlier
- Applicable law requires the request to be considered
The seven-day administrative period does not remove any mandatory right or remedy available under applicable law.
4. Circumstances That May Qualify for a Refund
A full or partial refund may be approved where one or more of the following circumstances are verified.
Duplicate Payment
The same customer and order were charged more than once because of a payment, checkout or gateway error.
Payment Taken but Product Not Delivered
Payment was successfully received, but the customer did not receive access to the downloadable package or license and Support could not restore access within a reasonable time.
Corrupted or Missing Product Files
The supplied download package was corrupted, incomplete or missing an included file, and a working replacement could not be supplied.
License-System Failure
A valid paid license could not be created, displayed or activated because of a verified fault in the GoldGuardian licensing system, and the issue could not be resolved within a reasonable time.
Material Difference from Product Description
The Product was materially different from the description published on the product page at the time of purchase.
Unauthorised Payment
The payment was made without the account holder’s authorisation, subject to reasonable verification and any investigation required by the payment provider.
Order Cancelled Before Digital Delivery
The order was cancelled before the downloadable files, license key or customer access were issued.
5. Circumstances That Normally Do Not Qualify
Subject to applicable consumer rights, a refund will normally not be approved solely because of the following circumstances:
- The customer changed their mind after downloading or activating the Product
- The customer expected guaranteed profit or a fixed return
- The customer experienced trading losses or drawdown
- The EA did not achieve the customer’s desired profitability
- Backtest or live results differed from examples or historical reports
- The customer selected unsuitable settings, capital or lot sizes
- The customer did not read the Product description or documentation
- The customer used an unsupported platform, broker, account or symbol
- The customer failed to enable Algo Trading or WebRequest permission
- The customer entered an incorrect license key
- The customer attempted to activate more than three MT5 accounts
- The customer’s internet, VPS, broker or MetaTrader terminal failed
- The customer shared, transferred or misused the license
- The customer requested editable MQ5 source code that was not included
- The customer purchased the Product from an unauthorised third party
Trading performance is not a valid basis for a refund because GoldGuardian EA does not guarantee profit or protection from loss.
6. Trading Losses
Refunds do not include reimbursement of:
- Trading losses
- Broker commissions
- Swap charges
- Spread costs
- Slippage
- VPS or hosting costs
- Loss of potential profit
- Deposits made to a broker account
A Product refund, where approved, concerns the purchase price paid for the digital product. It does not compensate for market or trading activity.
7. Technical Support Before a Refund
For installation, download or activation issues, customers must normally allow Support a reasonable opportunity to diagnose and resolve the problem.
Support may request:
- Order number
- Customer-account e-mail
- License key, partially masked where appropriate
- MT5 account login number
- Broker-company name
- GoldGuardian EA version
- Screenshot of the error
- Relevant Experts or Journal messages
- Confirmation of WebRequest configuration
Customers should not send MT5 trading passwords, investor passwords, banking passwords or payment-card security codes.
8. How to Submit a Refund Request
Submit a refund request through the Support page.
The request should include:
- Full name used for the order
- Order number
- Account e-mail address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the request
- Description of the problem
- Steps already taken to resolve it
- Relevant screenshots or error messages
Do not publish license keys, account details or payment information in public comments, forums or social-media posts.
9. Review Process
After receiving a complete request, we may:
- Confirm the order and payment
- Review download records
- Review license and activation records
- Check the Product version used
- Investigate the reported technical issue
- Request additional information
- Offer replacement files or technical assistance
A refund decision will be based on the purchase circumstances, Product description, available technical records, this Policy and applicable law.
10. Approved Refunds
Where a refund is approved:
- The refund will normally be returned through the original payment method
- The relevant license may be suspended or revoked
- Download and update access may be removed
- Active MT5 activation slots may be deactivated
- The customer must stop using the refunded Product
After the refund is submitted to the payment provider, additional processing time may be required by the bank, card issuer or payment gateway.
We do not control the processing time of an independent financial institution.
11. Partial Refunds
A partial refund may be considered where:
- Only part of an order was affected
- An order contained multiple separate products
- A pricing or payment adjustment is required
- A fair partial remedy is appropriate under the circumstances
A partial refund does not automatically terminate access to unaffected products.
12. Duplicate Orders
Customers who accidentally complete two substantially identical orders should contact Support promptly and avoid downloading or activating both licenses.
Where a genuine duplicate order is verified, the unused duplicate may be cancelled and refunded.
13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers should contact Support before submitting a chargeback so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
Where a chargeback or payment dispute is opened:
- The related license may be temporarily suspended
- Download and update access may be restricted
- Order and license records may be supplied to the payment provider
- The account may remain restricted until the dispute is resolved
This section does not prevent a customer from exercising a lawful right to challenge an unauthorised or disputed payment.
14. License Misuse
A refund may be refused where credible records show that the Product or license was:
- Shared with another person
- Resold or distributed without authorisation
- Uploaded publicly
- Used to attempt to bypass activation controls
- Modified, reverse engineered or tampered with
- Used in material violation of the Terms and Conditions
Any decision remains subject to rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Third-Party Purchases
This Policy applies only to orders completed directly through anakapaifx.com.
A purchase made through another platform, reseller or payment marketplace may be governed by that provider’s refund process and terms.
Customers should not purchase GoldGuardian EA from an unauthorised source.
16. Product Updates
The release of an updated version does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund for an earlier valid purchase.
Eligible customers may receive available updates according to their Product and license entitlement.
17. Consumer Rights and Dispute Resolution
This Refund Policy is intended to provide a clear internal process for refund requests. It does not replace any mandatory consumer protection right.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through Support, customers may use any court, tribunal, regulator or dispute-resolution process available under applicable law.
18. Changes to This Policy
This Refund Policy may be updated when the Product, payment methods, licensing system, website operations or applicable requirements change.
The policy applying to an order will normally be the version published when the order was completed, together with any mandatory rights applying by law.
