Anakapaifx Digital Product & Refund Policy
Anakapaifx products are digitally delivered software and license services. Refund eligibility is assessed under the terms shown at purchase and any applicable legal requirements.
Digital delivery
Once a product file, private portal, license entitlement or activation access has been issued, the digital service may already have been supplied. This can limit the circumstances in which a refund is available.
Requests we can review
Examples include duplicate charges, an incorrect product entitlement, or a confirmed technical delivery problem that support cannot resolve. A request should include the order number and a clear description of the issue.
Trading results are not a refund basis
Market losses, drawdown, missed trades, broker execution differences or a product not achieving a user's expected profit are not evidence that the software was not digitally delivered. Automated trading performance is not guaranteed.
How to request review
Use the Contact page and select a billing or purchase-related enquiry. Do not send trading passwords or sensitive payment credentials.
