Anakapaifx Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to the Anakapaifx website, Apex EA, GoldGuardian EA, digital downloads, secure licensing, client portals and live-performance pages.
Product access and licenses
Commercial access is issued according to the product and plan purchased or otherwise approved. Licenses remain tied to the registered buyer identity. Personal, Professional, Unlimited and Elite Bundle scopes are subject to the current product description, license status and technical validation rules; Unlimited account scope does not permit sharing the license with another person. Access may be suspended or revoked where a license is invalid, misused, redistributed or obtained through an invalid transaction.
Digital delivery and updates
Eligible paid orders may receive secure download or portal access after successful payment/order status. Product files, guides and updates remain protected intellectual property and may not be resold, shared, decompiled, redistributed or made publicly available except where expressly permitted.
Performance information
Live telemetry and historical results are provided for transparency and information. They do not create a guarantee, warranty or promise of future performance.
Service availability
Anakapaifx may update products, documentation, licensing services, website features and supported configurations. Reasonable steps may be taken to preserve existing valid access, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
